Georgina Wilson Architect has transformed a tired icon in Darwin’s CBD into a state of the art business centre and multi-purpose conference space, utilising the most modern technology.

• The project undertook the complete refurbishment of the 2400sqm first floor plate.
• The proposal celebrates the Owner’s heritage in NT, commercialises the space, and provides a warm,
  welcoming, hospitable and flexible workplace that encourages collaboration amongst users.
• The project has successfully unlocked latent value in an existing asset. Through reconfiguration of space, lettable area has increased and the building operates in a new way.
